E-Tickets are delivered within 5 minutes of ordering to the email address you gave when placing the order. The email subject will be “Event Tickets” & the sender “firstname.lastname@example.org”. Remember to check your Junk/Spam folders.
If you still can’t find your tickets you can log in to your Account and view your recent orders. Your Event Tickets will be displayed within this confirmation.
You must either print your ticket(s) or show them on a mobile device to gain entry to the event. If you’re showing tickets on a mobile device, please ensure there is a barcode displayed next to each ticket. You may need to increase your screen brightness to allow the barcodes to be scanned.
